I was hit by a car in that same intersection coming from the west on Augusta in Sept '09. I got broad sided by a car turning left. After smashing the windsheid and flipping over the car, I laid there trying to determine if I was ok. I sat up and a friend who was riding with me pointed across the street, and I saw a ghost bike with "Mandy" written on it. It was like she was looking out for me, because I only ended up with a couple of sratches and a little soreness. Thanks Mandy!
